Aria is excited to share that Lucerna has reached an important stage, with the building’s signature architectural features starting to take shape.

A major milestone has been achieved with the installation of the first curved architectural precast panels to the carpark podium façade. These striking panels provide the first glimpse of Lucerna’s distinctive design, highlighting the character that will define the building.

With the ground floor slab now complete, construction has quickly progressed above, including the successful completion of the all carpark slabs and ramps, forming the framework for the multi-level carpark.

Looking ahead, the first typical residential slab, Level 5, is scheduled to be poured, marking another key step as Lucerna continues its vertical ascent.
