Construction Commenced at Casamia

The team at Rivière Constructions are pleased to announce construction has officially commenced at Casamia. To celebrate this milestone, a BBQ was held on site with the project team.

Works on site are well underway with demolition of existing buildings complete, and site preparation works underway for piling commencement mid-September.

Inspired from designs by Antoni Gaudí, one of the world’s most influential architects from Spain, Casamia will be Aria’s most detailed project to date, crafted with a focus on intricate detail, craftsmanship and unique design.

The whole Rivière Constructions and Aria team are excited to bring another incredible project to life. Completion is expected 2026 and we look forward to sharing further updates in the coming months.
