Since its inception in 2012, the Aria Foundation has proudly donated $2,832,342 to 132 organisations. The Aria Foundation was established with a simple mission: to support and give back to our local communities in our commitment to not only creating a sustainable future but to be part of it. Supported by our founder and the Aria team, we have established philanthropic partnerships to advance the vital work of causes that have personally impacted the Aria family.

Screen Sanity

Founded in the USA, with expansion into Australia in 2021 by Mackenzie Forrester and Fiona Foxon, Screen Sanity is on a mission to help families and communities tackle loneliness, depression, anxiety, and suicide through better digital health. As screens become an ever-present part of children’s lives, the need for this support has never been greater. Screen Sanity offers resources and guidance to families, helping them navigate the challenges of digital parenting and address their most pressing concerns. Screen Sanity's goal is to help families reshape cultural norms around digital health to empower youth to thrive and flourish.

Aria Tree Planting Day

Aria was the first private company to undertake a tree planting mission partnering with Brisbane City Council. We have committed to planting 100,000 trees in Queensland by 2032, and have already planted 55,874 trees and plants to date. Our annual Tree Planting Day brings together the Aria network to make a significant impact on the environment. During our tree planting events, the Aria community plant thousands of native species in important environmental corridors across Brisbane. These efforts help grow Brisbane’s urban forest, support local wildlife, and enhance the city’s environmental sustainability programs.

The Smith Family

Since 2010 Aria has been a major partner of national children’s education charity The Smith Family, and has donated over $680,000 to support young Australians to overcome educational inequality caused by poverty. Aria has sponsored 930 students on The Smith Family’s Learning for Life program and hosted over 238 students through the Work Inspiration program, showcasing potential career opportunities. In 2022, more than thirty students joined a Work Inspiration session at Aria to learn about potential career opportunities and how they can be a part of the unique property and construction industry

Youngcare

Youngcare was established as a not-for-profit organisation in 2005 whose purpose is to improve the lives of thousands of young Australians living with physical disabilities. The provision of housing, grants and information support services provide awareness, independence and choice for young Australians and gives a voice to advocate for equality, acceptance and inclusion. Aria partnered with Youngcare in 2023, to support with rent for their office space which has allowed the organisation to work with confidence, investing the time & resources into the community they support rather than directing funds to operational expenses. This partnership will be ongoing with a 10 year commitment from Aria.

Fish Lane Arts Precinct

Aria is committed to enriching Brisbane's cultural and community landscape through dedicated support and sponsorship of the Arts. In collaboration with Brisbane City Council, we developed the Fish Lane Arts Precinct in 2020, transforming it into an exemplar of urban renewal that has welcomed over 8 million visitors. Since 2016, Aria has proudly contributed to 70 public art commissions and funded various programs and festivals, including the Fish Lane Festival, BrisAsia Festival, BAD Festival, Portugal Day Festival, and Anywhere Festival. Through these initiatives, Aria continues to foster a vibrant and dynamic arts precinct in the heart of South Brisbane, creating a place for everyone to enjoy.
