The Aria Foundation was established to support Aria’s passion for philanthropic endeavours. The core of our foundation comprises of two principles, firstly to support and give back to our local communities; and secondly to preserve our local environment and strive towards creating a sustainable future. Since the foundation’s inception, we have assisted many great causes including The Smith Family, Solar Buddy, Emmanuel City Mission, The Push Up Challenge, Common Ground, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Bloomhill Cancer Care, Queensland Brain Institute, Tour de Cure and many others.
Since 2010 Aria has been a major partner of the Smith Family donating $620,000 in support of disadvantaged children throughout their schooling. Aria has assisted 850 children and hosted over 1,000 via our Work Inspiration programs, showcasing potential career opportunities.
In 2021 Aria completed 64,563 push ups in order to raise $44,388 for headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Aria values both physical and mental wellness, with the challenge in 2022 involving the wider Aria community, including HopGood Ganim and RotheLowman Architects. We are proud to have completed 84,748 push ups and raised $59,181 as the number one community within the Push Up Challenge for 2022.
SolarBuddy is an Australian charity working to provide solar lights to children living in energy poverty, to help them to study after dusk and improve their education outcomes. Aria is working with SolarBuddy to reach their big dream of gifting six million solar lights by 2030.
Emmanuel City’s mission is to connect homeless and vulnerable people with people who care; increasing trust and decreasing loneliness. As part of our dedication to the local neighbourhood, the Aria team volunteer their time with the homeless and vulnerable at the Emmanuel City Mission in South Brisbane.
