A circa 1938 art deco building, 105 Melbourne St incorporates a heritage listed World War II bunker and was previously nine residential flats that were in a state of significant disrepair before Aria's refurbishment commenced.
Harking back to the era in which it was constructed, the restaurant maintains the original apartment layout with living areas, kitchenettes, bedrooms, and ensuites, preserving the feel of a home to create a welcoming atmosphere.
