Tim Forrester
Founder & Managing Director
Tim is driven to create places which leave a lasting legacy for families and the community. It is with this vision and goal of pioneering world-class, sustainable, residential developments that he leads Aria. Tim strives to deliver projects that challenge and redefine existing frameworks, with each forthcoming project an improvement on the last.
He is currently on the board of the Brisbane Lions Football Club and has also served on the board of the Queensland Museum and Property Council of Australia. With his community involvement and continual support to causes such as The Smith Family foundation, Emmanuel City Mission and Solar Buddy, giving back to the public and doing good for future generations is at the core of who Tim is.
