Michael Hurley
Residential Manager
Michael leads Aria’s high rise developments division, focused on delivering projects across inner city areas. Having been with Aria since its inception in 2003, Michael previously managed Aria’s international development activities and headed Aria’s Colorado branch.
As a committee member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and Housing Institute of Australia, he has a vested interest in creating change in the industry for a more sustainable future. His current focus is on working with world-leading architects to create buildings that innovate, enrich and exceed the expectations of not only clients and residents, but also the wider community.
