Upper House Pergola Installation

Aria is thrilled to announce within the next two months, Upper House will be adorned with a magnificent timber pergola that is set to the first of it's kind in the world.

Designed by internationally acclaimed architect, Koichi Takada, Upper House's rooftop pergola has commenced installation and will take approximately 40 days to complete. During this time, a total of 681 individual timber pieces will be lifted and installed using a crane to create the stunning Timber Pergola that will crown Upper House.

The pergola's design was inspired by Queensland's local Moreton Bay Fig Tree and has been crafted in Italy and shipped to Brisbane over the past three months. Each piece has been meticulously produced to ensure that it meets the highest quality standards.

The Timber Pergola will not only add to the visual appeal of Upper House, but it will also provide a comfortable and stylish outdoor space for our residents' to enjoy as part of the Australian first double-storey rooftop space. We are excited to share further updates as we progress towards completion.
