TreeHouse by Aria wins Best High Density Development in Queensland 2022

Aria is proud to announce that we have won two major UDIA Queensland awards for TreeHouse by Aria.

This incredible achievement marks Aria’s eighth consecutive win for Best High-Density Development in Queensland, and ten of the last eleven years - 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and now, 2022.

Treehouse also won the Design Excellence category, integrating lush greenery and striking architecture in a beautiful park-side setting.

We are incredibly proud to be recognised as leaders in the Best High Density Development category and wish to thank all involved in creating this world-class project.

Ocean Bottle was established in 2018 with the goal of tackling ocean pollution by creating one of the world’s first reusable smart-chip activated water bottles and ensuring a percentage of sales is used to fund collection of plastics in coastal communities.
