The Standard wins Best High Density Development in Queensland for 2021
We are proud to announce The Standard by Aria has won three awards at the 2021 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards recently held at City Hall, Brisbane. The UDIA is Australia’s leading Property Development Body with Awards held annually to showcase the best projects across Queensland.
The Standard was successful in the following categories;
- 2021 UDIA Qld High Density Development Winner
- 2021 UDIA Qld Construction Excellence Winner
- 2021 UDIA Qld Design Excellence Winner
We are also pleased to announce The Standard was awarded winner in three categories at the 2021 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Queensland Housing Awards.
The Standard was successful in the following categories;
- 2021 HIA Qld Apartment Complex of the Year
- 2021 HIA Qld Apartment of the Year
- 2021 HIA Qld Outdoor Project of the Year
