Casamia Construction Update: Curved Eaves Take Shape in West End

We are pleased to share a construction update from Casamia, our boutique park-front residences in West End, Brisbane, as the building's design begins to reveal itself.

The structure at Casamia by Aria has reached Level 10, with the jump form now at Level 12. On the floors below, soffit painting has progressed to Level 6. Feature screen installation and glazing are complete to Level 5. Inside, ceiling and partition framing has moved from Level 2 to Level 3, making the volume of each residence immediately clear.

Ornamental eaves at Casamia West End

Designed with Rothelowman and inspired by Antoni Gaudí's Casa Milà, the layering of the eaves reflects the veil of branches on a tree, and the soffits echo dappled light piercing through leaves. Subtle differences in balcony shapes, and changing patterns and colours in the eaves, will give this park-front building its own identity beside Davies Park.

We look forward to sharing further updates as the structure approaches top out. Completion remains on track for April 2027.
