Aria wins Australia's Best High Density Development in 2022 for The Standard

We are proud to announce The Standard by Aria has won Best High Density Development in Australia at the 2022 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards held at the Hyatt Regency, Sydney. The National Awards Gala is held annually to showcase the best projects throughout the country.

This incredible achievement represents Aria's fourth national award success in six years.

The Standard represents Aria's flagship development anchoring the Southern end of acclaimed Fish Lane, which has been transformed in recent years to a dining and cultural hub.

Aria’s vision was to deliver an iconic architectural statement that would both anchor Fish Lane and transform the South Brisbane skyline.

The project began in 2017 and completed July 2021, representing four very dynamic years in the development and construction industry.

Today over five hundred residents now call The Standard home and enjoy the world-class retail and building amenity ranging from our concierge service, day spa and in-house masseuse to the Residents' Sky Lounge.

At ground level @lunecroissant has been become a cult-favourite for Brisbane residents.
