105 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane has been a rewarding retail project for us and represents a great outcome for the Fish Lane Precinct. This 1938s apartment block has been thoughtfully restored and reimagined with retail and several boutique offices.

This September, celebrated Queensland operators Fanda Group will unveil an elegant Australia bistro, Marlowe, at 105 Melbourne Street. Marlowe will be their latest restaurant to join Southside, Rick Shores, Central, Norté and Sueño.
