More than just a gift, this initiative was inspired by Screen Sanity, a global movement dedicated to better digital health. Founded in the USA and expanded into Australia in 2021 by Tim and Mackenzie Forrester and Fiona Foxon, Screen Sanity is on a mission to help families and communities tackle loneliness, depression, anxiety, and suicide by reshaping cultural norms around digital well-being. As screens become an ever-present part of our children’s lives, the need for this support has never been greater.
