Tim Forrester studies Property
Economics at QUT and grows his
passion for property. During his studies
he buys a mobile coffee business,
his first entrepreneurial endeavour.


Tim Forrester establishes Aria with
long time school friends, Brent
Liddell, Michael Hurley, his Sister
Kirsty Atkins (nee Forrester) and
David Marsland. 


 Aria develops Trappeur’s Crossing
Resort condominium project in
Steamboat Springs, Colorado.


Aria develops multiple residential
projects throughout Brisbane and the
Sunshine Coast. Coco in Mooloolaba

achieves finalist at the UDIA awards,
evoking Aria’s passion to become a
leading apartment developer.


 Aria forms a partnership with 
The Smith Family, pledging financial 
support through the Aria Learning for
Life program. Aria donates $550,000
over 10 years and has mentored 750 kids.


The Cliffs awarded UDIA Award for
Best Development in Queensland,
crystalizing the Aria vision to continue
to deliver quality owner occupier projects. 


Retail and Commercial Manager, Michael
Zaicek, signs international retail brands to
Brisbane including Hermes, Hourglass,
Montblanc and Ermenegildo Zegna;
initiating the importance of ground floor
retail in Aria projects.

The Melbourne Residences transforms
South Brisbane’s Fish Lane and Melbourne
Street boulevard. The project is awarded
UDIA Award for Best Development in
Queensland and Best High Density
Development in Australia. 


Lexington’s sculptural design complemented
by Akira’s Japanese influences combine to

St Julien is completed, standing tall on the
