Aria continues to redefine urban living, hosting 3rd annual Aria Club event at their newest development, The Standard

Providing an opportunity for residents, owners, prospective buyers and tenants to connect and experience its offerings, Aria hosted the 3rd annual Aria Club event at its most recently completed project, The Standard.

Held throughout the year the event was hosted on Friday, the 3rd of December. Taking place at The Standard’s rooftop retreat with over eighty guests in attendance, the successful event showcased the future of urban living, as led by Aria.

The Standard offers world-class amenities for its residents including three Tesla cars for residents’ use, a wellness club with a residents’ day spa, and a rooftop club on level 31 featuring Aria’s first residents’ Sky Lounge.

The Standard is cultivating a new urban lifestyle, offering the largest recreational space for a building of its size in Australia and putting sustainability and the wellbeing of its residents at the forefront. The expansive recreational space decreases the need and frequency for residents to travel, with the aim of reducing potential carbon emissions generated from transport.

Enjoying the benefits of dining destinations at their doorstep, event guests were treated with croissants and coffee from the renowned Melbourne-established Lune Croissanterie, now occupying a ground floor retail space at The Standard.

The Aria Club event allowed those both within and outside of Aria’s network to gain a glimpse of the convenience of living at an Aria building where luxury amenities are just an elevator ride away. Serving as places for residents to interact with each other, communal spaces such as the rooftop retreat also contribute to fostering a sense of community.

Raising the benchmark for multi-residential buildings by improving the liveability and accessibility of its projects with innovative amenities, Aria is redefining the lifestyle afforded by apartment living.
