Tim Forrester studies Property
Economics at QUT. During studying
he buys a mobile coffee business
(his first entrepreneurial endeavour)

and grows his passion for property.

Tim Forrester establishes Aria with
long time school friends, Brent
Liddell and Michael Hurley, his Sister
Kirsty Forrester and David
Marsland.

 Aria develops Trappeur’s Crossing
Resort condominium project in
Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

Aria develops multiple residential
projects throughout Brisbane and the
Sunshine Coast. COCO in Mooloolaba

achieves runner-up at UDIA awards,
evoking Aria’s passion to become a
leading apartment developer.

crystalizing the Aria vision to continue

Zaicek, signs international retail brands to

initiating the importance of ground floor

Zeyad Imam establishes Aria Living to maintain

Realm, Urban Renewal and the Presidents
